House of Rapunzel Shipping Policy

At House of Rapunzel, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

1. Shipping method

All orders are shipped via Aramex Store to Door.

2. Processing and delivery times

Please allow 8–12 business days for your order to be processed, packed and delivered.

Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on your location, courier operations, public holidays, high order volumes, or other factors outside of our control.

3. Delivery delays

While we do our best to ensure orders are dispatched and delivered within the estimated timeframe, House of Rapunzel is not liable for delivery delays caused by Aramex Store to Door, including but not limited to:

• courier delays;
• weather disruptions;
• operational issues;
• public holidays;
• incorrect delivery information provided by the customer; or
• any unforeseen circumstances affecting the courier network.

Once an order has been handed over to Aramex Store to Door, delivery falls under the courier’s operations and timelines.

4. Customer responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery details provided at checkout are complete and correct. House of Rapunzel will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

5. Shipping confirmation

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive shipping or tracking details, where available.

6. Delivery areas

We currently deliver within South Africa. If you require delivery outside of these areas, please contact us before placing your order.

7. Lost, delayed or undelivered parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will assist by following up with Aramex Store to Door on your behalf where possible. However, House of Rapunzel cannot guarantee courier delivery timelines and will not be held liable for delays once the parcel is in the courier’s possession.
